Leed is President of Silverfield Development Company and Silverfield Cranford Commercial Realty; collectively The Silverfield Group. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, The Silverfield Group is a full service real estate firm with a focus on both commercial and residential real estate development and brokerage in Northeast Florida, and across the southeast. Leed is a Jacksonville native who graduated from Washington & Lee University with a BS degree in Business Administration. Leed serves on the Board of Directors for of the Northeast Florida Builders Association and Congregation Ahavath Chesed. Leed is a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, and National Association of Industrial & Office Properties. He is also a mayoral appointee serving on the Subdivision Standards & Policy Advisory Committee for the City of Jacksonville. In 2016, Leed received NEFBA’s Leadership Award and in 2015 was a recipient of the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award, which honors business and community leaders under the age of 40.

Ms. Breeding is currently Vice President of Silverfield Development Company and Silverfield Cranford Commercial Realty, Inc. as well as numerous other companies. She is a Jacksonville native and has thirty-four years of real estate experience in the Northeast Florida market with twenty-seven of those years specializing in real estate development with our firm. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, Beth chairs the St. Johns County subcommittee of Governmental Affairs for the Northeast Florida Builder’s Association, serves on the Southpoint Association, and the Avenues Professional Park Office Condominium Board. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Johns Creek Condo Association, was a member of the Dreams Come True House Committee, and served on the inaugural team of the Women’s Leadership Development Institute.

Ray Adams serves as Vice President of The Silverfield Group and oversees the company’s commercial real estate projects. Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2014, Ray Adams has established himself as a top commercial Real Estate professional in North Florida. Ray joins The Silverfield Group after a successful five years at Killashee Investments in Ponte Vedra, Florida where he served as Director of Real Estate. Ray’s experience includes: development; brokering all asset classes of commercial real estate; landlord and tenant representation; property management; and consulting. To date, Ray has brokered over $100 million in transactions and has been recognized by CoStar as a Power Broker®, distinguishing him as one of North Florida’s top 15 Commercial Real Estate Brokers each year since 2015. Ray has extensive knowledge of the North Florida market and has worked with many of the market’s regional and national participants. As Vice President of The Silverfield Group, Ray focuses on acquisition of existing commercial properties and land for commercial and residential development. In addition, Ray continues to represent third parties in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, as well as the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions. Ray has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2009 and is a member of Jacksonville’s Oceanside Rotary.

Mr. Silverfield is the founder of Silverfield Development Company and Silverfield Cranford Commercial Realty. collectively The Silverfield Group. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, The Silverfield Group is a full service real estate firm with a focus on both commercial and residential real estate development and brokerage in Northeast Florida, and across the southeast. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker and building contractor, Mr. Silverfield has over 40 years experience in residential and commercial real estate development and investment including both land and buildings. Among his other professional endeavors, Mr. Silverfield was a founding partner in the Stornoway Real Estate Investment Management firm, consulted for ITT, and was President of Renaissance Hospital Management. Mr. Silverfield is a graduate of Washington & Lee University, and received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.

Laura Franklin joined the Silverfield Group in January 2016 as Controller. Laura is a Jacksonville native who graduated from Salem College with a BA in Business Administration and holds a Master’s of Accounting from The University of Florida. Laura is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida. Prior to joining The Silverfield Group Laura worked with her father in their consulting business, The Shircliff Group, for seventeen years. The Company specialized in mergers & acquisitions and financial consulting with Pepsi-Cola bottlers.

Angie Mardini joined the Silverfield Group in 2010 as Property Manager. Angie is a Jacksonville native who attended Florida Community College of Jacksonville and the University of Memphis. Prior to joining The Silverfield Group Angie worked in the insurance industry. As Property Manager, Angie works closely with our tenants to ensure the properties are well maintained and all tenants’ needs are met. Over the years she has built strong relationships with our tenants, which has led to low turnover of our leased properties. Angie enjoys spending time with her three children and party planning on the side.
